Rodriguez, guilty of one count of first degree murder by extreme indifference, two counts of attempted first degree murder by extreme indifference, and two counts of first degree assault by extreme indifference. Defendant cross-appeals from the judgments of conviction entered upon jury verdicts finding him guilty of one count of second degree murder, two counts of attempted second degree murder, and two counts of first degree assault with a deadly weapon. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand with instructions.
