Malcolm Joseph Robbins appeals (Pen. Code, § 1239, subd. (b))*fn1 from a judgment of death following his conviction of the murder (§ 187) and kidnapping (§ 207) of Christopher Finney. The jury found as special circumstances that the murder was committed during a kidnapping (§ 190.2, subd. (a)(17)(ii)) and a lewd and lascivious act on a minor (§ 190.2, subd. (a)(17)(v); see § 288). We affirm.
